Unlike mass-produced luxury, our products are not pulled from warehouse shelves. Each garment, accessory, and object is carefully handcrafted, inspected, and prepared by experienced craftspeople who share our commitment to excellence. Every stitch, finish, and detail is executed with intention to ensure that what arrives at your door reflects the standards of the House.

Production Timeline

Because every item is made to order, production begins after your purchase has been placed.

For most individual items, please allow approximately 1 week for production and craftsmanship.

Larger orders, limited-edition pieces, specialty items, or products requiring additional detailing may require additional production time.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

After production has been completed, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for shipping and delivery from our London production partners.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier operations, and seasonal demand.

Estimated Fulfillment Time

Most orders are delivered within approximately 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase:

  • Design Origin: Atlanta, Georgia

  • Handcrafted Production: London, England (approximately 1 week)

  • Shipping & Delivery: Approximately 2–4 weeks

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
